1) State Aid Colonization of Sinhalese in Tamil Homelamd
First, there is no Tamil Homeland in Sri Lanka. Tamil Homeland is in Tamil Nadu, India. The name says it all. Second, there had been some re-settlements of Sinhalese in areas of abandoned Sinhalese villages created by ancient Sinhalese kings where they built tanks for agricultural purposes. None of the Tamils lost land due to this resettlements.
